Jolidays Privacy Policy

Jolidays (“we”, “us”) provides an app to help users discover days out and tourist destinations in the UK.

Jolidays can use your device location if you grant permission. Location is used to provide location-based features (for example, showing what’s nearby and helping you navigate).

We do not send your GPS location to our own server for storage as part of the core app experience.

Affiliate links (not currently enabled / may be enabled later)

Jolidays may include affiliate links to third-party websites. If you tap an affiliate link, you will be taken to a third-party site. Those third parties may use cookies or tracking parameters to attribute referrals and for their own analytics/advertising, according to their own privacy policies. We do not control how third-party sites collect or use your information.

Jolidays may offer paid features via the relevant app store’s purchase system (for example, Google Play Billing on Android and the Apple App Store on iOS).

Jolidays is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Our service providers (for example, Firebase) may process information on servers outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
